Learnifier is in a scale-up phase and we are now looking for a Support & QA Engineer to boost our Support team.

Your role

As a Support & QA Engineer at Learnifier you’ll play a monumental part in our group of engineers and in the intersection between technology and our commercial teams.

This role is very much "right in the middle" and a bridge between most Learnifier teams.

Your home will be engineering and your focus will be our product; how it works and how it’s used.

Examples of work task you will have

• Help our customers through outstanding communication and problem solving
• Help our product development teams work actively with improving quality in our product.
• Discuss and review code.
• Work closely with Product Managers to help prioritise quality initiatives.
• Work with product and engineering-related enquiries, internal and external (in Swedish!).
• Be an interface of communication between engineering and other parts of the company, such as marketing, customer success and sales.

Experiences and skills

• Experienced in Java
• Experienced in SQL and databases
• Experience with tools for automated testing
• Experience with manual testing and quality engineering/assistance
