As our Partnership Manager, you are business-driven and understand that the path to success is to build win-win relationships. The partner business contributes with a revenue stream that accounts for an increasing share of our revenues, and it is at the core of our international expansion.
You will work very closely with the commercial team and as you continue to build the partner business, you will be responsible for building a partner team.
In your role, you will...
- have ownership for revenues coming via our partner channel
- create a plan for how to grow partnership revenues both in current markets but also by entering new markets
- maintain and develop existing partner relationships
- build and execute a plan for building new partner relationships, both strategic and transactional
- contribute with a strong understanding of the commercial and technical aspects of successful partnerships
- develop new forms of partnerships, from lead generation to reselling
- manage projects and marketing activities, agreements, and training related to our partnerships
- build the partner team that will make it happen
- be Learnifier's ambassador in all things related to partnerships
- work closely with our partners in Learnifier's upcoming expansion into new markets
Who are you?
You want to play a key role in taking Learnifier to a leading position in several European markets and you enjoy working in the growth phase where the plan is yet to be set.
You are passionate about developing relationships and strengthening commercial partnerships both in the Nordic market but also in the upcoming international expansion.
To fit in with Learnifier and in this role, you must be curious and have a desire to learn new things.
Furthermore, we are happy to see that you
- have previously been part of or led a successful partner organization with P&L responsibility
- have experience from a B2B setting
- have experience from a SaaS company (meritorious)
- are a doer who can set the strategy but also make sure that it is transformed into results
- speak and write Swedish and English fluently
- get energized by words like professional, flexible and innovation
- have worked in markets other than Sweden
- always want to get better at what you do and exceed your goals
