Your role
As our Partnership Manager, you are business-driven and have a balance between results and relationships. The partner business is its revenue leg that accounts for an increasing share of our revenues, and our core in the international expansion.
You will have a clear goal to expand the team, and will currently be a valley of the commercial team.
In your role, you will, among other things:
- build the partner business and the team that will make it happen
- maintain and develop existing partner relationships
- be the face of Learnifier's partnership
- be overall responsible for revenue linked to our partners
- be involved in building the partner business and the team
- map out and make a growth plan, strengthening partnerships with existing partners and new ones
- contribute with a high understanding of the commercial and technical aspects
- secure new strategically important partners
- develop new formats for partnerships, from leads generating to resellers
- manage projects and direct marketing activities, agreements, and training for and with our partners
- work closely with CCO and support partners in Learnifier's upcoming expansion into new markets
- be Learnifier's ambassador at all levels with interesting parties.
Who are you?
Through your business, you want to be part of taking Learnifier to a leading position in several European markets.
You are passionate about developing relationships and strengthening commercial partnerships both in the Swedish market and for the upcoming international expansion. You enjoy working in the construction phase.
You also see great value in creating and developing your team while you want to be part of Learnifier's journey. To fit in with Learnifier and in this role, you must be curious and have a desire to learn new things. Especially since the company is working to deliver new ways of educating and learning.
Furthermore, we are happy to see that you
- have previously been part of or led a successful partner organization and have had sales and profit responsibility
- have experience from B2B
- have experience from SaaS media or HR companies (meritorious)
- are a doer who can set the strategy but also make sure that it is transformed into results
- speak and write Swedish and English fluently
- get energized by words like professional, flexible and innovation
- have worked in markets other than Sweden
- always want to get better at what you do and exceed your goals.
